FAQ

1. How does the subscription services work?Ā You set the budget and frequency for your subscription and we deliver beautifully designed fresh, locally-grown flowers right to your home or business.

2. How can i change, pause or cancel my subscription?Ā Increase, decrease, pause or cancel at any time. To ensure you are not billed for flowers you donā€™t wish to receive, be sure to cancel 3 days in advance of your next delivery. Just email lefloradxb@gmail.com.

3. Can I change my selected day of the week?Ā Sure.Ā  Please email us or call us 2 days in advance of delivery to make the change for you.Ā  However we ask that you do not reschedule every order, once in a while we are happy to modify.

4. How can I set up a subscription, it isn't in the websiteĀ shop?Because it is bespoke we need to set it to really suit you. The best way to do this is to fill in the form on our Subscription page and we will get back in touch and take it from there.

5. Can I choose the flowers i want?Ā With our weekly or fortnightly flower subscription you can tell us your preferences; which flowers you like and which flowers you dislike, but you can not choose each specific flower you want individually. Not like you would do in our shop. However, you can tell us your preferences.

6. I received flowers that are closed. Is this alright?Ā Yes, this is perfectly alright. It means that the flowers are as fresh as they can be. Fresh flowers are still in bud. Fresh flowers will last a lot longer and it's a delight of seeing them open and experience the nature's miracle.
