LE FLORA FLOWERS is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older. Users under the age of 18 must get the assistance of a parent or guardian to use this site, specifically with regard to purchasing and payment processing.
Acceptance Policy
All orders received are subject to acceptance by LE FLORA FLOWERS TRADING LLC and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. In the event of rejection, we will refund or cancel any payments received via the payment method used to place the order. By using this Website or interacting with our Business, you (also referred to as a āuserā or āCustomerā as the case may be) represent and warrant that you are of legal age and you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Our Products
Products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply your chosen item we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value ,quality and colour . If we are unable to provide your chosen item or a suitable substitution we will advise you as soon as possible and refund your payment in full within 30 days. We may deliver some flowers in bud to increase vase life.
Changes to your order
If you wish to change your order, please do so by contacting us on (+971) 58 188 6263 quoting your order number. We'll always do our best to make last-minute changes for you, but we can only guarantee changes (including to the delivery address and card message) requested at least 24 hours before dispatch. Please note that once orders have been dispatched, no changes can be accepted. For peak season (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day), we are unable to guarantee to accept changes to orders within 48 hours of the intended delivery date.
Subscriptions
Some parts of Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or LE FLORA FLOWERS TRADING LLC cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal by contacting our team.
Payment problems
Our website has a secure checkout, so we encourage you to place your orders online. On occasion, however, bank-related payment failures occur that prevent us from accepting your order immediately. Occasionally, card details that are entered correctly and backed by sufficient funds are not validated because the card issuer is performing a random security check. In these cases, although we'll have received your order, we'll email or call you as soon as possible in these circumstances. If you receive a message telling you that payment has not been validated, please contact our team immediately to ensure your order is delivered on time. If the payments made out of office hours, or problems getting hold of you via the contact details you've provided, we're sometimes unable to process a valid payment prior to the requested delivery date. Although this delay is regrettable, it is outside our control and we cannot offer any form of refund in these circumstances.
