Returns & Refund PolicyĀ :

Considering the perishable nature of the Products, You shall inform our team of any discrepancies or deficiencies not later than 24 hours from receipt of the Products, after which time You will be deemed to have irrevocably accepted the Products in the quality and quantity of the shipment, and no refunds will be allowed. A photograph may be required to support any claims. Our flower bouquets are arranged with the highest quality, fresh-cut flowers designed to last. All flower bouquets come with flower food and care instructions to increase the freshness of your flowers.

Cancellation requests must be made prior to the Product delivery to the carrier. If the cancellation request is received after the carrier accepts the Order for delivery, no refund can be issued.

Orders can normally be cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date. You can cancel your order by telephoning us on (+971) 58 188 6263 quoting your order number. Please note that once orders have been dispatched for delivery, orders cannot be cancelled.

All products require care, attention and in the case of all cut flower and some plants, if it is deemed that the products have not been cared for as per instructions on our flower care leaflets, then we may NOT refund or offer an exchange of product

  • For peak season (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day), we are unable to guarantee to cancel orders within 24 hours of the intended delivery date.
  • Duplicate orders can be canceled and a full refund will be initiated, if the customer calls immediately after placing the order.
  • If we are unable to deliver your item on a selected date due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • If we are unable to make a delivery as scheduled due to circumstances outside our control (for example - the recipient is not available or a wrong address, for example), we do not issue a refund. If a recipient is unavailable when we attempt delivery, we will leave a note requesting a call to schedule delivery. If appropriate, we will also contact you when delivery issues arise.
  • Some conditions are outside our control road closures, traffic conditions, lack of access to the delivery address and weather conditions. Incorrect or insufficient address provided. These orders will be rescheduled at the next available delivery time or date.
  • If a floral container or vase is not available a similar container will be substituted.
  • Flower arrangements and assorted flowers, if some flowers are not available we will substitute other kinds of flowers at equal or greater value.
  • Specialty gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater value within the same category.
  • We will inspect all flowers and plants returned to us claimed to be faulty or damaged. If we discover that they are not faulty or damaged a refund will not be issued.
  • Refunds, partial refunds or an exchange will be given if the product is proved to be faulty or damaged and will be at the discretion of management
